EXIT POLICY

 The following steps are involved in the separation process:

Resignation: Employees wishing to resign should do so in writing to their line manager and to HR with sufficient notice period as indicated above.   Line manager and HR will acknowledge receipt of resignation before it takes effect and it can only withdraw with the consent of line manager.  Employers are not eligible to avail leaves during notice period unless it is a genuine reason such as medical or emergency etc.

Pay in lieu for notice period:  Employees are expected to serve their full notice period. An early relieving can be considered if the line manger approves and by paying the amount towards the shortfall of the notice period which is calculated on the actual CTC at the time of leaving the Company. In case of involuntary separation, it would be at the discretion of management. Any earned leaves due till the last working date will be paid along with the final settlement, likewise any leaves availed in excess will be deducted.

Exit Interview: Employees leaving the Company will have an exit interview with the HR Department, on the last working day.      

                                

No Dues Form: Employees leaving need to obtain clearance from line managers and support functions. All physical assets (including computer hardware), Keys, correspondence, documents, specifications and records and all copies need to be handed over to the line manager.

Experience & Relieving Letter: Experience & Relieving Letters will be given to the Employee on the agreed last working day in the company following clearance from all the respective departments.

Final settlement:  Final salary is paid by cheque usually in the following month, once all dues are cleared.

Retirement age:  It would be considered on attaining the age of 60 as per the Company’s record/supported by authenticated birth certificated.

NOTICE PERIOD

This is effective from 1st May 2022

Under Probation

While on probation, the management reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without assigning any reason and without any notice or payment or remuneration in lieu thereof.  The above right of management holds true in case of voluntary exit as well. The Company reserves the right not to provide certificate of work experience or any such document in favour of the employees.

Post confirmation

Post confirmation of your appointment, your services may be terminated by either side giving serving notice period or payment of salary in lie of such notice. It would be as follows:

Ø  60 days of notice period for Manager & above level.

Ø  30 days of notice period for below Manager level.

No leave will be granted during the notice period. However, the company reserves the right to shorten the above notice period.

The company would be liable to pay Annual leave compensation to the extent of earned leave on proportionate basis post completion of probation period.

Arrangements during the notice period

The company expects you to be available and to work during the notice period.

If on the date you leave, money owed by you to the company for any reason, may be deducted from F&F settlement.

Shortfall in notice period, employee would be liable for payment or deducted from his/her full & final settlement.

If at any time during your employment you are found guilty of any act of misconduct or any willful breach or negligence in terms of this appointment letter or rules or dereliction of duties, disobedience of the instructions given to you from time to time, the management may, without any notice or payment in lieu of any notice, remove you from service and terminate your employment with the Company.

Based on the satisfactory exit with the Company, employment certificate will be served.
